Vista View Park is located at 4001 S.W. 142nd Avenue in Davie and has become a favorite for fitness enthusiasts and families in Broward County, Florida. There is a half-mile loop trail with several fitness stations, hills and paved pathways that you can walk, run, skate or ride your bike up and down, basketball courts, two playgrounds that are both covered with shade canopies, an equestrian trail and a new splash pad (currently closed – check website for updates). The park also has an airstrip for electric radio-controlled planes and glider pilots. For those who enjoy fishing, you can fish on the fishing piers or on the shoreline. The top of Vista View Park, that is the highest man made elevation in Broward County, has an amazing view stretching for miles in every direction and has the most beautiful sunsets! Pets are welcome to this Davie park and need to be on a leash that is less than six feet long. This park is a great all around park with fun things to do for everyone in the family.

Admission to Vista View Park is free on weekdays and $1.50 per person ages 6 and up on weekends and holidays. There is an $8.00 maximum charge per car (six to nine passengers). There is also a Family Parks Passport that is $60 plus tax, good for up to 6 family members per vehicle and is good for one year. The benefit of the Parks Passport is that you never have to worry about paying the $1.50 per person gate entrance fee at any Broward County Park on the weekends or on County holidays. This is an inexpensive way to exercise while enjoying the outdoors in beautiful South Florida.
The park hours are 8:00am-7:30pm, March through October and 8am-6:00pm November through March. The park is closed the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
