With an average sales volume of $40-45 Million per year, I keep my business large enough to maximize premier and exclusive marketing, yet small enough for me to give each client my best personal service. Work Ethic:
Born and raised in Marshalltown, Iowa, where my family owned 3 Kentucky Fried Chicken stores, I learned the value of good old fashioned hard work from an early age. My Midwest upbringing helped to instill in me the values of honesty, integrity and loyalty. Self motivated and disciplined, through-out my entire life, I have incorporated exercise into my daily routine. A commitment to fitness and health helps to keep my energy level up and my mind focused on my goals. I am proud to incorporate these values into all aspects of my life and work.

Personal:
Married for 38 years, I have 4 children and 2 grandchildren. My family has been involved in area sports, schools and recreation for over 25 years. I know first hand how important a community is for a family. I use my knowledge and experience as a mother, member of our community and as a seasoned Realtor® to help my sellers accentuate the positive attributes of their home, subdivision and surrounding areas.
