I started my professional career as a Buyer with a major department store and then transitioned into Real Estate over 16 years ago. My years working as a Buyer helped me to develop strong negotiating skills that I use daily. Thinking outside the box when up against multiple offers, or being one step ahead of the competition has proven to be very advantageous. Being innovative when listing a home helps me get top dollar for my Sellers. Meeting fascinating people weekly makes this job exciting and one that I love. I am a top producer on the Teri Arbogast Team at Keller Williams Realty Partners SW that ranks in the top 1% of all teams in the area with an average sales volume of approximately $30 million per year.
Every day I start my morning off with gratitude, exercise and contact with my customers. Being a Realtor can be very rewarding, but it takes a lot of discipline and motivation. Maintaining current knowledge of the areas in which I work help my customers when they are selling/buying a home. Families also want to know about schools, parks, community centers, and after school activities. I’ve learned that listening to my customers allows me to help them achieve their real estate goal of either buying or selling their home.
As a wife and mom of 2 young men, I have had the privilege of attending and being involved with school and sporting events in my community. We all know the importance of family, and having the flexibility this profession allows me is one of the reasons I chose Real Estate. As hectic as our lives can become, spending time with my family brings balance into my life. I understand how important this decision is to a family so always I encourage my customers to include members of their family when making this huge decision which will impact all their lives.
